summer is comming

YEA!! Summer is finally comming I am glad that I have such a nice day off the sun is out it's warm out..  I am changing my living room back to the way it was last summer (we have a winter and summer setting)lol  so my couches can cover the heaters.  I nailed all my screens back in the windows are open and the house smells good.  I can't wait to hit the beach.

I decided that I should find a place to work that's not gonna close.  Hopefully for everyone in L~P they find something to put in there.  oh well what can you do along with everything else it happens for a reason.  How cliche is that :0)

dependability

Dependability what does it mean? Do you really depend on people or things in your life can you make yourself happy?

Every one depends on people it’s when they let you down that you learn not to trust.  And every time you learn not to trust you shut out good people that maybe will never hurt you and that you can depend on? Who knows it’s hard not to be jaded.  Sometimes it’s the time that you really need someone that no one is there it’s the times that you want to come home and chat or need a hug and having a bad day…. It always works that way but you know what you don’t need people to make your own happiness! You can make your own be independent.  What makes a good person what is unconditional is anything really unconditional is there any one out there that can say you can depend on me 100%

Even though you seem by yourself your not there is always someone there when one door closes it opens another it might just be a crack at first but you well see it soon enough.  Sometimes it’s hard to see!  The old cliché everything happens for a reason right?  How can you trust someone without the past to be able to trust them with.  You always accept the bad over the good and therefore tend to remember the bad over the good.  You can have ten good things happen but it just takes one bad one to dwell on and then you forget the good!

letters to the post

Got on full time at the call centerYEA!!!

I wrote a letter to Queens County times the other day and thought that I would add it to this site too... still no word on the books!

I bought something off of eBay that seemed to be doomed right from the start.
I sent the money order to the seller who lives in the United States and waited for the items (two books) to be sent to me. After waiting for a bit she replied that she can not cash the money order where she lives so she was going to send me the books and the money order on good faith that when I received it back I would send a different kind to her. A month passed and I went to the local post office and received an envelope from Canada Post. I opened it and found my money order. I went in to the counter and asked why it was like this and the very helpful clerk explained that it was found loose in the mail and that to maybe locate my books I could call the number on the bottom of the page. I did and was greeted by an automated menu that gave me an option to talk to somebody. After explaining what had happened the person on the other end was more than glad to look in the computer and see if they had been catalogued in the undeliverable mail centre. They were not. I have called this number twice and have received very satisfactory information both times.
I thought that maybe the books might be floating around in the dead letter pile of the U.S. postal service and decided to call. After getting through the automated menu to talk to a customer service rep, this person replied that she didn't know how to proceed to help me. I mentioned to her about our undeliverable mail centre and she said that she wasn't sure about having a centre like that. She transferred me to another rep which was confusing because this rep didn't know much about it either. Come to find out that if I wanted to see if my books were in this pile of dead mail I would have to WRITE them! They have no number to be reached at. I was told very rudely that I had to write them! I asked if there was an emergency how do they call out. She told me that they didn't have that information. I was quite surprised after experiencing the helpful service through Canada Post that the U.S. Postal Service couldn't just look in their computer and see if they have been catalogued as being there or not.
It is very frustrating in this day and age of technology too see that some places still fall behind.
As of now, I am
for a pigeon to send my message to the dead letter office in Atlanta, Georgia. Maybe I will let them keep it in case they want to "call" for a pizza sometime.

I LOVE CANADA!!!!!!!!!
